Eligibility for Returns:  

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.  The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and free from any damage or alterations.  All original packaging, including boxes, tags, and accessories, must be included.  Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:  

To initiate a return, please send an email to theeuglycactus@gmail.com within the specified return period.

Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
The item must be securely packaged.

 

Return Shipping:  

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance and tracking, to ensure safe and timely delivery.

We recommend using a reliable shipping method to track the return shipment.
The Ugly Cactus is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return transit.

 

Refund Process:  

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.  Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. *Please note that any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.*

 

Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are non-refundable:

1. Custom-made or personalized jewelry (unless damaged or defective).
2. Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
3. All on demand purchases such as eco prints (tote bags, scrunchies, belt bag, etc) are non refundable. 

Damaged or Defective Items:  

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send an email to theeuglycactus@gmail.com immediately. 

We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or repair, depending on the circumstances.
